Each year, Gogo’s global traveler research team surveys thousands of customers with the goal of gathering as much data as possible on the behaviors and expectations of airline passengers.

Our research covers everything from mobile device usage to passenger comfort. The results are shared with anyone interested, including readers of our Concourse blog.

This year, we’re looking closely at what passengers want to do inflight, how our services can help, and whether having access to inflight Internet can actually improve the travel experience.

The main results from our 2018 survey are still being processed, but we’re happy to share some of the initial findings with our regular readers through an early release paper.
