We recently highlighted Gogo’s Connected Aircraft Services here on the Concourse blog. These services are becoming increasingly important to drive airline operational efficiency, and our team has been on the road showcasing our solutions at recent industry events.
Two weeks ago, our team attended the 16th annual Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Users Forum held in Miami, Florida – a key industry event for airline Flight Ops teams. One highlight of the show was a presentation by Gogo’s TJ Horsager, Product Management Director at Gogo and Captain Jason Brown from Air Canada on our partnership that is helping to enable Air Canada’s connected operations vision.
Earlier in the month, the team exhibited at the AEEC AMC (Airlines Electronic Engineering Committee – Avionics Maintenance Conference) in Dallas, Texas – a key show for airline maintenance and technical operations teams. During the show (seen above), we met with various airlines and showed them how some of our solutions can improve their maintenance programs. Of special interest were our Wireless Quick Access Recorder capabilities (wQAR), which enables airlines to get data faster for their quality assurance programs.
As an innovator in the connected aircraft services space, our team is always thrilled to share our products and services with airlines and others in the aviation industry, and we look forward to meeting with you at future shows.
