Live chat – this is one of our most effective support channels, because our live chat platform works in-flight before you get online with a paid session or subscription. Like all of our other channels, chat is staffed around the clock. Agents in our chat can assist with password resets, account payment issues and more. In most cases, we are able to resolve any problems while you are in-flight.

Email – Looking for support through email? Send us your message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Social media – Gogo introduced social media customer care back in 2011, and since then, we’ve answered thousands of questions and assisted customers with issues they may be facing in-flight. Our team of experts can help with everything from billing questions, to mobile device connection problems. You’ll find our social support in Facebook and Twitter. On both channels, you can reach out to us in public, or through a private message. Social care is provided in multiple languages, including Japanese.
